We use the information solely to read and respond to your message and to follow up about volunteering, partnership, programs, or support, as relevant to your inquiry. We do not use it for advertising.
How your information is handled
To operate the site and deliver your message, we rely on a few trusted service providers:
- Vercel — hosts the website.
- Resend — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- Microsoft 365 — our email inbox where we read and reply to your message.
These providers process your information only to provide their service. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
Data retention
We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to respond and maintain our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you've shared with us by emailing info@houseofseva.org.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the organization grows. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
